Setup
How a deployment goes
Scope fields
Confirm with your registrar which Banner fields the locker software needs (typically PIDM, ID, preferred name, housing assignment).
Provision credentials
Your IT team provisions a service account with read-only access to the scoped fields via Ethos or SOAP.
Map + test
We map fields, run a parallel-write test against a non-prod environment, and validate routing accuracy on sample records.
Cutover
Switch from manual CSV imports to live sync; nightly reconciliation report runs for the first 30 days.
